Job Description
- Degree or diploma in human resources management, business administration or equivalent
- Working knowledge of recruitment procedures
- General knowledge of HR practices and procedures
- Basic working knowledge of labor law and employment best practices
- Highly computer literate with solid experience of word processing, spreadsheet and database applications
- Knowledge of payroll and benefits
- Knowledge of Government Remittances
- Preferably with Basic Occupational Safety & Health (BOSH) training but not required
- Applicant must be willing to work in Cabuyao, Laguna
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Php14,00.00 – Php16,00.00 per month
Schedule:
- 8-hour shift
- Day shift
Supplemental Pay:
- 13th-month salary
- Overtime pay
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Cabuyao City, Laguna: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
Experience:
- Human Resources: 2 years (Preferred)
