Job Description
- Graduate of BS in Psychology or Business Administration major in Human Resource
- With Good Coordination skills and service oriented.
- Drafts notices to a concerned employee in response to an incident report after validation and fact-finding.
- Ability to plan, deliver and evaluate HR systems and organizational development
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Knowledgeable in talent retention, development, and succession planning
- Knowledgeable processing the SS, PAGIBIG, PHILHEALTH & TIN
- Knowledgeable processing the DOLE compliances
- With at least 2 years related working experience
- Willing to be assigned In Alabang
- Willing to start ASAP
Job Type: Full-time
Schedule:
- 8-hour shift
Supplemental pay types:
- 13th month salary
- Overtime pay
