Job Description
Manage the implementation of Staff Enhancement Training Programs
Act as Resource Person in various Staff Enhancement Programs
Facilitate implementation and delivery of staff enhancement training programs
Coordinate schedules of enhancement training with concerned areas and branches
Undertake Training Needs Assessment and research for program development
Prepare learning materials, conduct theoretical training, and evaluate courses
Plan, budget, and assist in various training-related tasks
