Job Description
We are seeking a qualified HR Supervisor to lead our recruitment efforts and manage employee-related issues. Key responsibilities will include conducting interviews, organizing training programs, overseeing payroll, and providing expertise on HR policies.
The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field, along with relevant HR experience. Strong leadership and communication skills are essential, as well as proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
This is a full-time, permanent position offering a starting salary of Php22,100.00 per month, in addition to benefits such as extra leave, paid training, and opportunities for advancement.
