Job Description
- URGENT HIRING (Can start on February 10, 2024)
- Must possess at least a College/Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Behavioral Science, or any equivalent course.
- Must have at least 3 years of HR Generalist experience or progressive leadership experience in HR positions.
- Comprehensive knowledge of recruitment processes and strategies, creating memos, employee relations, payroll, timekeeping, labor relations, organizational development, conflict resolution and management, and other aspects of HR.
- Must have an extensive knowledge of the Labor Code of the Philippines.
- Strong interpersonal and analytical skills.
- Proactive and must be a team player.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Salary: Php25,00.00 – Php30,00.00 per month
