Job Description
Bachelor’s degree in psychology, Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field required.
- Minimum 3-5 years’ supervisory HR experience in manufacturing preferred.
- Strong leadership, team motivation, & communication skills.
- Ability to develop HR strategies in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of sourcing strategies & mass recruitment.
- Background in Talent Acquisition & Retention.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
