Job Description
HR Supervisor – Employee Relations and Engagement
The position is primarily responsible for creating, designing, planning, and implementing the Company’s employee relation, case management, and employee engagement programs, policies, and procedures to develop and maintain a positive communication and workplace relationship between the organization and its employees and external parties and to promote employee satisfaction and well-being.
- At least 3 years of experience in handling Employee Relations, Case Management, and Labor Relations;
- Must have a bachelor’s degree in human resource management or any business-related courses.
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, planning, organizing, and decision-making skills. Strong public relations and presentation skills. Efficient in project management handling projects and initiatives.
- Proficient in MS Office Applications and data processing programs. Familiarity with Employee Case Management, Labor Law, and other jurisprudence.
