Job Description
● A Graduate of Business, Psychology, or HRM course
● At least One (1) year previous working experience in a related field
● With excellent time management and organizational skills
● Willing to work on Sundays, Holidays, or extended hours, when needed
● Implements recruitment process
● Manages the employee database
● Ensures personnel complete submission of pre-employment documents required
● Ensures that the Company Code of Conduct is disseminated and implemented
● Implements disciplinary actions when necessary
● Process employee daily time record for payroll
● Ensures proper process of employee separation from the company
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php14,00.00 – Php16,00.00 per month
