Job Description
Honkwang Electric (Philippines), Inc. is looking for a skilled HR Supervisor with extensive HR experience. Familiarity with company procedures and labor laws is essential. Strong administrative skills and effective communication with staff at all levels are required.
- Conduct interviews and recruit new staff.
- Arrange training sessions for new hires.
- Assist managers with staffing needs.
- Address employee performance issues.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php18,00.00 – Php21,00.00 per month
Location: Malvar, Batangas
Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree, 4 years in HR preferred, English proficiency.
