Job Description
We are seeking an HR Supervisor with a minimum of 1 year experience to manage all HR practices and processes within our organization.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute HR strategies aligned with business goals
- Handle employee relations and grievances
- Lead recruitment and selection processes
- Monitor HR systems and procedures
- Promote a positive work environment
- Identify and address training needs
Qualifications:
- Proven HR working experience
- Familiarity with HR systems
- Strong interpersonal and legal knowledge
- Degree in Human Resources or related field
