Job Description
Joyce & Diana Worldwide Inc. is looking for an HRAD Employee and Labor Relation to join our team in Cabuyao, Laguna. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring good employee relations, preventing labor issues, and maintaining a healthy relationship between the company and its employees.
Job Details:
- Job Type: Full-time
- Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Administering human resources plans and programs
- Organizing HR department activities related to employee relations
- Maintaining labor and employee relations
- Developing training and leadership programs
- Administering health, safety, and security programs
- Requirements and Skills:
- BS in Psychology or related field
- Minimum 5 years of HR labor relations experience
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Knowledge of local labor laws
- Experience in a startup stage is an advantage
- Schedule: Monday to Saturday (Day Shift)
- Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
- Pay Range: Php25,00 – Php30,00 per month
