Job Description
J&T Express is seeking a dedicated HR Supervisor to join our Human Resource & Admin Department. This role involves managing daily operations within HR and overseeing policies and procedures related to employee relations, performance management, recruitment, and more.
Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Management, or related fields, with at least 5 years of experience in HR roles, ideally as an HR Officer or Team Leader.
Skills Required: Excellent communication, organizational, and analytical skills, along with proficiency in Microsoft Office. Knowledge of employment laws is essential.
Job Type: Full-time, 8-hour shift. Compensation includes a 13th month salary.
