Job Description
We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced HR Supervisor to join our team. As an HR Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of the HR department, including recruitment, training, performance evaluation, and employee relations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures
- Handle recruitment and selection process, including job postings, interviewing, and onboarding
- Conduct training programs to enhance employees’ skills and knowledge
- Manage employee performance evaluation and provide feedback for improvement
- Resolve employee relations issues and ensure compliance with labor laws
- Oversee employee benefits and compensation programs
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR roles
- Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
