Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Human Resources Supervisor to join our thriving automotive dealership team. As the HR Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in fostering a positive and productive work environment by overseeing various HR functions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the recruitment process, from job posting to candidate selection, ensuring the dealership attracts and retains top talent.
• Collaborate with department managers to identify staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
• Conduct interviews and coordinate the onboarding process for new hires.

Employee Relations:

• Proactively address and resolve employee relations issues, fostering a positive work culture.
• Serve as a point of contact for employee concerns and inquiries, promoting open communication within the dealership.
• Conduct investigations into employee complaints and recommend appropriate actions.

Benefits Administration:

• Assist employees with benefit-related inquiries and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.

Data Management:

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, utilizing HRIS systems.
• Prepare reports and analytics related to HR metrics for management review.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• At least 2 years of experience, preferably in a supervisory capacity.
• Strong understanding of employment laws and regulations.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Proficient in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office suite.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: Php19,00.00 – Php21,00.00 per month

Schedule:

• 8-hour shift
