Job Description
LMercado Agri Farms is looking for a qualified HR Supervisor to enhance our team. The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology or Human Resource Development Management, along with extensive knowledge in Recruitment, Compensation & Benefits, Employee Relations, Employee Engagement, and Performance Management. A minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role is essential.
This full-time position offers a competitive salary ranging from Php30,00.00 to Php40,00.00 per month, in addition to a benefits package.
We anticipate the selected candidate will start on July 16, 2025.
