Job Description
Ø Solely responsible for the Human Resource Section, Handles ADMIN, RECRUITMENT, TIMEKEEPING, TRAINING PLANS AND IMPLEMENTATION and EMPLOYEE RELATIONS
Ø Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology or any behavioural course
Ø Strong understanding of HR policies, procedures and best practice
Ø Communications skills
Ø Interpersonal Skills
Ø Computer literate
Ø Familiar with employment laws and regulation, compensation and benefits administration, performance management, employee relations and recruitment
Ø Preferably 2 years relevant experience
