Job Description
As an HR Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the human resources department and managing all aspects of employee relations. Your duties will include recruiting, hiring, and training new employees, as well as handling employee benefits and resolving conflicts.
You will work closely with department managers to ensure company policies and procedures are followed, and you will be responsible for implementing and enforcing HR initiatives and programs. Strong communication and leadership skills are essential for this role.
