Job Description
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Graduate of BS Psychology, Behavioral Science, Industrial Psychology, Industrial Engineering or any relevant courses
- With background in Organizational Development, company structure, job analysis and employee productivity.
- Familiar with Organizational Charts
- At least 3 years of relevant experience in Organizational Development process
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Conducting Job analysis and creating Job Descriptions
- Plan, direct, supervise and coordinate work activities of subordinates and staff
- relating to employment, compensation, labor relations, and employee relations.
- Oversee the evaluation, classification, and rating of occupations and job positions.
- Implement major changes in all aspects of operations.
- Develop methods of measuring if performance management aligns with organizational goals.
- Diagnose potential organizational problem areas.
