Job Description

As an HR Supervisor, you will play a key role in overseeing and managing various HR functions within our organization. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Supervising and coordinating HR activities, such as recruitment, employee onboarding, and performance evaluation
  • Developing and implementing HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with labor laws and company guidelines
  • Managing and resolving employee relations issues and conflicts in a fair and prompt manner
  • Providing guidance and support to managers and employees on HR-related matters
  • Conducting training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge
  • Assisting in the development and implementation of HR strategies and initiatives
