Job Description
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources/Business Management/BS in Psychology.
- Five (5) years’ experience as an HR Manager or Three (3) years’ experience as HR Supervisor.
- With leadership and organizational development skills.
- Knowledgeable in all functions/facets of the Human Resources Department.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
Job Description:
- Supervises everyday activities of HR Assistants.
- Monitors and checks reports submitted by HR staff then submits corrected ones to the HR Manager.
- Monitors manpower acquisition and attrition rate and recommend procedures on how to properly address it.
- Provides counseling as needed to staff to better improve their work performance and relationship with co-employees.
- Recommends admin processes/policies and sound employee benefits.
- Promotes harmonious relationships, camaraderie, and cooperation within the Company by organizing activities and events that support and enhance employee morale.
- Monitors compliance of Company policies, procedures, and rules by members of HR Department and issues Incident Reports and/or proper documentation, as necessary.
- Conducts coaching and counseling sessions to address employee behavioral issues as necessary.
