Job Description
- Participate in developing department goals, objectives, and systems.
- Rewrite job descriptions as necessary; analyze compensation; monitor the performance evaluation program and revise as necessary.
- Assist in the recruitment process.
- Ensure compliance with policies and procedures with the labor law.
- Attend labor cases.
- Perform training development to help achieve company goals.
