Job Description
We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced HR Supervisor to join our team. As an HR Supervisor, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating all human resources activities, including recruitment, employee onboarding, training and development, performance management, employee relations, and HR policies and procedures.
Key responsibilities include:
- Overseeing the recruitment and selection process, ensuring timely and efficient hiring of qualified candidates.
- Managing employee onboarding, including conducting orientations and initiating necessary paperwork.
- Designing and implementing training and development programs to enhance employee skills and performance.
- Ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations and promoting a positive work environment.
- Handling employee relations issues and offering constructive guidance to employees.
The ideal candidate for this role will have a bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field, along with proven experience in HR supervision. Strong knowledge of labor laws and regulations, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to handle confidential information with integrity are also essential.
