Job Description
Rotopack Manufacturing Corporation is seeking a qualified HR Supervisor.
Requirements:
- College graduate in BS Human Resources, Psychology, or Business Course
- 1-5 years of experience as an HR Supervisor
Major Deliverables:
- Oversee daily HR operations and ensure compliance with company policies.
- Guide employees in resolving issues and disputes.
- Manage employee evaluations and reports.
- Coordinate HR team schedules.
- Handle recruitment processes, including interviews.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php21,00.00 – Php25,00.00 per month
Benefits: Pay raise, 13th-month salary.
