Job Description
Rotopack Manufacturing Corporation is seeking a qualified HR Supervisor. Ideal candidates are College graduates in BS Human Resources, Psychology, or Business courses, with 1-5 years of experience in a similar role.
Major Responsibilities include:
- Overseeing daily HR team operations to ensure compliance.
- Providing guidance in resolving employee issues.
- Ensuring timely performance evaluations.
- Preparing reports and managing documentation.
- Recruitment processes including interviews and hiring.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: Php21,00.00 – Php25,00.00 per month
Benefits: Includes pay raises and 13th-month salary.
