Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Develop new HR policies and procedures aligned with company values
- Assess hiring needs with higher management
- Manage recruitment process, from job ads to onboarding
- Oversee compensation evaluations, benefit audits, and diversity planning
- Organize HR-related workshops and training programs
- Mediate employee conflicts and take corrective actions
- Assist in performance appraisal processes
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in HR or BS Psychology
- 5+ years HR experience, 2+ years in a managerial role
- Knowledge of HR practices, Labor Code, and MS Suites
- Experience in HRIS, conflict management, and relationship-building
- Strong initiative, confidentiality, and organizational skills
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Php18,00.00 – Php22,00.00 per month
