Job Description
The HR Supervisor for Training and Development reports to Training and Development Manager. This role is responsible for the overall supervision, effective design, implementation, and logistics preparation of all training – related activities, including facilitation of onboarding program for new hires and specific in-house training courses to meet the business needs and improve organizational performance.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Identify training and development needs
- Develop and facilitate relevant training materials for in-house courses based on approved internal development programs
- Develop training manuals that target tangible results
- Generate and prepare analytics of all training-related activities
- Prepare logistics needed for training such as materials, venue, equipment, food, transport and other related arrangements
- Keep abreast of training trends, developments, and best practices
Competencies:
- Proven track record of training program development and management
- Has knowledge of learning and development best practices
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Familiar with traditional and modern training platforms
Qualifications and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree, any social science / business courses.
- Should have at least 3 years training-related experience in retail or any customer service industry.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: Php17,00.00 – Php33,00.00 per month
