Job Description
Job Summary: The HR Supervisor for Training and Development at Waltermart Supermarket Inc- Head Office reports to the Training and Development Manager. Responsible for designing, implementing, and overseeing all training activities, including onboarding and in-house courses.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Identify training needs
- Develop training materials
- Create training manuals
- Prepare training analytics
- Organize training logistics
- Keep up with training trends
Competencies:
- Program development expertise
- Knowledge of learning best practices
- Strong communication skills
- Familiarity with training platforms
Qualifications and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in social science/business
- Minimum 3 years training experience in retail/customer service
