Job Description
TRANSNATIONAL AVIATION SUPPORT SERVICES is seeking a dedicated HR Supervisor to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting interviews, recruiting, and vetting new staff, as well as arranging training sessions for both new hires and existing employees. You will assist managers with staff requirements and address employee needs regarding performance issues, training, and career growth.
This position is a full-time, permanent role offering numerous benefits including health and life insurance, paid training, performance bonuses, and opportunities for promotion. The work schedule includes 8-hour shifts from Monday to Friday.
