Job Description
We are currently opening a new job opportunity for the position of HR Supervisor. As an HR Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the human resources department of our organization.
Your main responsibilities will include:
- Developing and implementing HR policies and procedures.
- Recruiting and selecting suitable candidates for various positions.
- Managing employee performance, including conducting evaluations and providing feedback.
- Handling employee relations and addressing any issues or conflicts that may arise.
- Ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations.
- Collaborating with other departments to support effective workforce planning and employee development initiatives.
Requirements:
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in HR management.
- Strong knowledge of HR principles, practices, and regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in HR software and systems.
