Job Description
We are currently seeking a dynamic HR Supervisor to join our team at the US Support Office. As the HR Supervisor, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of human resources, including recruitment, training, employee relations, and performance management.
The ideal candidate should have a strong background in HR, with a minimum of 3 years experience in a similar role. You should possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and be knowledgeable about labor laws and best HR practices.
In this role, you will work closely with the HR team to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, and support the development and implementation of HR initiatives to enhance employee engagement and retention.
