Job Description
Position: HR Supervisor

Requirements: Graduate of BS Education, business, or engineering course
Qualifications: Must have motherly instinct and genuine love for children
Experience: Minimum 5 years as HR Supervisor managing 50 staff
Responsibilities: HR Duties – Hiring, Training, Payroll, and employee mitigation. Admin duties – Securing permits and licenses, oversee repair works
Work Schedule: WEDNESDAY to MONDAY (Off on Tuesday)
Training period salary: Php20,00 (+dormitory)
Salary upon passing training period: Php25,00 to Php30,00
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php25,00.00 – Php30,00.00 per month
Benefits: Paid training, 13th-month salary, Overtime pay
Additional Info: 3 months training at Jolly Land Metro East and Jolly Land Magnolia before deployment in Sta. Rosa
