Job Description
DSG SONS GROUP, INC. (Gaisano Malls) is looking for an HR Talent Acquisition Specialist to enhance our workforce. This role involves overseeing the training cycle, identifying training needs, and developing effective programs to improve employee competencies.
The ideal candidate should hold a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management or related fields, with at least 1 year of HR experience. Strong communication skills and familiarity with learning management software are essential.
