Job Description
We are seeking a skilled HR Timekeeper to join our team. Ideal candidates should meet the following requirements:
- Familiar with HRIS and any payroll system
- 2-5 years experience in Timekeeping
- Good communication skills and customer-oriented personality
- Ability to handle pressure and meet deadlines for report submissions
- Well-versed in DOLE payroll computation and mandated government compensation
HR Assistant Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in human resources or related field, 2 years of HR assistant experience, exposure to labor law and employment equity regulations, effective HR administration and people management skills, knowledge of payroll practices, and a full understanding of HR functions and best practices.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php18,00.00 – Php22,00.00 per month
Schedule:
- 8-hour shift
Supplemental pay types:
- 13th-month salary
- Overtime pay
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Cabuyao, Laguna: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree (Preferred)
Experience:
- Human Resources: 1 year (Preferred)
