Schedule: 8 hour shift
Location: Santa Rosa City, Laguna (Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work is preferred)
Key Responsibilities:
- Evaluate employee performance.
- Create training programs to address skill gaps.
- Prepare learning materials and develop onboarding programs.
- Conduct surveys to assess program effectiveness.
- Work with managers to identify training needs and track progress.
- Resolve employee inquiries about training and development.
Experience:
1 year in Training and Development (Preferred).
