Job Description
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Must possess a Bachelor’s Degree in HR Management, Industrial Psychology, or related field.
- 1 year of relevant work experience required.
- Experience in Food and Beverage industry is a plus.
- Knowledge in training plan, curriculum design, and development.
- Ability to assess training needs and facilitate sessions.
JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Conduct training following company standards.
- Perform administrative tasks, training evaluations, and tracking.
- Support site trainers and ensure training quality.
- Review evaluation forms for HR actions.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate
