Job Description
As an HRBP Associate, you will be responsible for supporting the Human Resources Business Partner team in various HR activities. This role involves providing assistance and guidance to employees and managers on HR-related matters, maintaining employee records, coordinating HR processes, and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
Responsibilities:
- Assist HRBPs in implementing HR policies and initiatives.
- Provide support in employee onboarding and offboarding processes.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records.
- Coordinate employee engagement initiatives and organize HR events.
- Support HRBPs in managing employee relations issues, investigations, and disciplinary matters.
- Assist in talent acquisition and recruitment processes.
What we are looking for:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to effectively communicate with employees and managers.
- Attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks.
- Knowledge of HR best practices and employment laws.
- Proficiency in MS Office and HRIS systems.
