Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
- Manage recruitment, selection, and compliance processes.
- Conduct training programs and oversee compensation.
- Handle employee relations, engagement, and record-keeping.
- Collaborate with senior leadership on HR strategies.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field.
- Experience in a Japanese company.
- Strong knowledge of HR policies and employment laws.
- Corporate governance and ISO experience.
- Location: Biñan, Laguna.
- Schedule: Mon to Sat.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: From Php50,00.00 per month
Schedule:
- 8-hour shift, Monday to Friday.

- HRGA Manager or equivalent: 1 year (Preferred)
