Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and monitor system development to ensure consistency
  • Monitor the performance of HRIS database to ensure maximum performance
  • Conduct regular system audits to minimize discrepancies and errors
  • Run scheduled reports as needed
  • Collaborate with System Developers and the Network Operations Team and provide needed support to development projects

Requirements:

  • Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, and Engineering are preferred
  • +1 year experience with data analysis and/or working on a large-scale records management system or HRMS
  • Experience in developing and implementing business processes
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in creating reports and using MS Office
  • Must be willing to work flexible schedules (including weekends and holidays)

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: Php24,99.00 – Php25,00.00 per month
