Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Supervise and monitor system development to ensure consistency
- Monitor the performance of HRIS database to ensure maximum performance
- Conduct regular system audits to minimize discrepancies and errors
- Run scheduled reports as needed
- Collaborate with System Developers and the Network Operations Team and provide needed support to development projects
Requirements:
- Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, and Engineering are preferred
- +1 year experience with data analysis and/or working on a large-scale records management system or HRMS
- Experience in developing and implementing business processes
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in creating reports and using MS Office
- Must be willing to work flexible schedules (including weekends and holidays)
