Job Description
WE ARE LOOKING FOR SOMEONE WHO HAS:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Psychology, HRIS Administration/IT or any related field.
- At least 3 years of experience with IT systems at the administrator level, specifically in HRIS – ERP systems.
- In-depth knowledge of related ERP/HRIS, LMS (Learning Management) systems, and Microsoft tools.
- Has knowledge and experience in administrating, managing, understanding, executing ERP, LMS systems and tools, database functionality maintenance, and reporting tools.
- Knowledgeable in managing own projects/scope of work with the capacity to scope realistic projects, meet timeframes, and deliver outcomes.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: Php 30,00.00 – Php 42,00.00 per month
Schedule:
- 8-hour shift
- Afternoon shift
- Monday to Friday
Supplemental pay types:
- 13th-month salary
Experience:
- IT systems, HRIS- ERP Systems: 3 years (Required)
Ability to Commute:
- Makati City (Required)
