Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated HRIS Analyst to join our team and support our human resources information systems. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of HRIS processes and systems such as PeopleSoft or Workday.
Responsibilities include implementing system upgrades, troubleshooting technical issues, and analyzing data to support HR decision-making. The HRIS Analyst will collaborate with HR and IT teams to ensure the system meets organizational needs.
Required qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in HR, IT, or related field, 2+ years of HRIS experience, strong analytical skills. Certification in HRIS systems is a plus.
