Job Description
We are pleased to announce an opening for the position of HRIS Associate within our Human Resources team. This role is essential for ensuring the efficient management of HRIS processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process payroll documentation for new hires.
- Maintain comprehensive employee files and gather pre-employment documentation.
- Generate HRIS reports and manage Employee Change Notices.
- Oversee the Corrective Action process.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Psychology or Human Resources Management.
- A minimum of 1 year of relevant HR experience.
- Willingness to work onsite and during night shifts.
