Job Description
We are currently seeking an experienced HRIS Supervisor to join our dynamic team at Dexcom. As the HRIS Supervisor, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing all aspects of our Human Resources Information System (HRIS).
Your main duties will include:
- Developing, implementing, and maintaining HRIS procedures and guidelines
- Ensuring data accuracy and integrity within the HRIS database
- Creating and generating HR reports for management and stakeholders
- Collaborating with HR and IT teams to improve system functionality and efficiency
- Providing training and support to HR staff on HRIS usage and best practices
To be successful in this role, you need to have a strong background in HRIS management, excellent attention to detail, and proven leadership skills. Additionally, you should have a solid understanding of HR processes and regulations.
