Job Description
As an HRM Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting the Human Resource Manager in various administrative tasks. Your responsibilities will include maintaining employee records, assisting in recruitment processes, and coordinating employee training programs.
- Updating and organizing employee files
- Scheduling job interviews and assisting in candidate screening
- Assisting in the onboarding process for new hires
