Job Description
The Negros Women for Tomorrow Foundation, Inc. is seeking a qualified HRM Staff for our Talent Acquisition Unit. The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:
- BS Graduate, preferably in Psychology or Human Resource Management
- Ability to manage highly confidential matters
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- High level of compliance and reporting required
- Organizes recruitment concerns for other employees
- Willingness to travel to covered areas of NWTF
- Detail-oriented with strong customer interaction skills
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php16,00.00 – Php17,00.00 per month
