Job Description
We are currently seeking a dedicated and proactive HRSS Learning Management Specialist to join our team for the night shift. As a specialist, you will be responsible for managing the learning programs and initiatives within our organization, ensuring that all employees have access to high-quality training materials.
Your key responsibilities will include coordinating with subject matter experts to develop training content, administering the Learning Management System (LMS), evaluating the effectiveness of training programs, and providing support to employees regarding learning opportunities.
The ideal candidate should have a strong background in learning and development, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to work independently during the night shift hours. Prior experience with LMS platforms and a passion for continuous learning are highly desirable.
