Job Description
A HSE Analyst is responsible for analyzing and evaluating health, safety, and environmental systems and processes within an organization. This role involves assessing risks, developing policies, and implementing measures to ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
The HSE Analyst will conduct regular inspections and audits to identify potential hazards, assess the effectiveness of existing controls, and recommend improvements. They will also analyze incident and accident data to identify trends and develop strategies for prevention. Additionally, the HSE Analyst will provide training and support to employees in relation to health, safety, and environmental policies and procedures.
Key requirements for this position include strong analytical skills, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to communicate effectively at all levels. A background in environmental science, occupational health, or related fields is preferred. Proficiency in relevant software applications and knowledge of HSE regulations and best practices are also essential.
