Job Description
A successful HSSE Officer will be responsible for overseeing and implementing health, safety, security, and environmental programs within our organization. They will ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations, as well as develop and maintain policies and procedures to minimize risk and promote a safe working environment.
The HSSE Officer will be involved in conducting regular inspections, audits, and risk assessments to identify potential hazards and recommend corrective actions. They will also provide training and support to employees to enhance their understanding and adherence to safety protocols.
Key qualifications for this position include strong knowledge of HSSE regulations, excellent problem-solving and communication skills, and the ability to effectively collaborate with various stakeholders. A minimum of X years of experience in a similar role is preferred.
