Job Description
We invite you to become a part of Shopee’s Operations team as a Hub Coordinator in Manila, Philippines. In this entry-level role, you will play a vital part in managing daily hub operations, focusing on parcel handling and inventory management. Your responsibilities will include supporting hub performance metrics, generating reports, and implementing process improvements to enhance productivity. You will also collaborate closely with the Customer Support team to effectively resolve customer escalations and manage payment transactions.
The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor’s Degree, have a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in Logistics or Distribution, and demonstrate leadership capabilities.
