Location: Philippines – Manila
The Operation teams at Shopee covers the operational end-to-end process, from when the buyer searches for a product listed on the Shopee platform, to the moment the buyer receives the products. The team analyses and monitors operational KPIs across the region and conducts root cause analysis when operation performance fluctuates. The Operations team comprises various functions like Customer Service, Payment, Listings, Warehouse, Logistics, Seller Operations and Fraud.
Job Description:
- Manage day-to-day hub operations, including parcel inbounding, sorting, rider dispatch, and inventory control
- Conduct team briefings and document meeting minutes
- Oversee agency teams in the backroom, coordinate with rider support team, and occasionally supervise drivers/riders
- Perform essential duties like hiring, training staff, monitoring performance, ensuring productivity, assigning tasks, and handling reports
- Assist Customer Support team in callouts to resolve escalations
- Ensure Hub KPIs are effectively met
- Lead process improvement initiatives and projects to increase Hub productivity
Requirements:
- Previous leadership role in a warehouse or hub environment
- Experience in e-commerce fulfillment
