Job Description
Job Roles and Responsibilities:
– Responsible for damaged and lost parcels.
– Manage branches’ concerns regarding penalties and operations.
– Administer and report lost and damaged parcel data.
– Ensure SOPs are followed and investigate employee performance.
– Conduct training and visit branches to enhance efficiency.
– Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
– Warehouse and inventory experience preferred.
– Excellent attendance and willingness to work overtime.
– Team leadership experience.
– Proficient in relevant software.
Job Type: Full-time
Schedule: 8-hour shift
