Job Description
Position: Hub Standardization Officer

Job Roles and Responsibilities:
- Monitor compliance of Hub personnel to standardization rules
- Generate daily, weekly, and monthly compliance reports
- Recommend improvements to enhance user engagement
- Analyze user data and develop operation strategies
- Perform other duties as assigned by a supervisor
Qualifications:
- Logistics background
- Experience in SOP writing or execution
- Willingness to travel for business
Job Type: Full-time
Schedule: 8-hour shift
